Job Title: Seasonal Security Supervisor

Location: Ligonier, PA

Pay Rate: $19.50 per hour

Schedule: Full-Time and Part-Time | All Days | 7am–3pm / 3pm–11pm

Season: Summer through Fall

Job Overview:We are seeking a Seasonal Security Supervisor to oversee daily security operations, support on-site staff, and ensure all post orders and procedures are followed. This role combines active security duties with team leadership and shift oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support security officers during assigned shifts
  • Ensure all post orders, policies, and procedures are followed
  • Conduct foot, vehicle, or bicycle patrols as needed
  • Monitor for and respond to security threats, hazards, and incidents
  • Review and complete accurate incident and activity reports
  • Act as point of contact for site management and staff
  • Assist with scheduling, assignments, and on-site coordination
  • Provide strong customer service and handle escalated situations

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license with clean record (3+ years)
  • Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and clearances
  • Reliable transportation
  • Strong communication, leadership, and report-writing skills

Preferred:

  • 1–3 years of security, military, law enforcement, or supervisory experience
  • Prior experience in a lead or supervisory role
