Armed / Unarmed Security Officer - Seasonal

Location: Morgantown, WV

Pay Rate: $19.00-$22.00 per hour

Schedule: Varies | All days | All shifts

Position Overview

We are currently hiring for Seasonal Armed and Unarmed Security Officer positions in Morgantown, WV. This role requires a highly experienced and professional individual with a strong background in armed security, law enforcement, or military service.

Safety is our top priority, and we are seeking disciplined professionals who demonstrate sound judgment, strong situational awareness, and a commitment to maintaining a secure environment at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible unarmed / armed security presence
• Monitor premises and deter criminal activity
• Prioritize safety in all actions and decisions
• Respond quickly and appropriately to incidents or emergencies
• Enforce site policies and procedures
• Complete detailed and accurate incident reports
• Work closely with local authorities if necessary
• Provide professional interaction with clients, employees, and the public

Physical Requirements

• Must be in good physical condition
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Maintain alertness and readiness throughout shift

Minimum Qualifications

Applicant must be able to pass:

• Background check
• Drug screen
• Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check

Applicant MUST:

• Possess a valid driver’s license
• Possess a valid Concealed Carry Permit
• Have a minimum of 5 years of armed experience (law enforcement, military, or security)
• Have prior armed security experience

Equipment Requirements (Applicant Must Provide)

• Duty belt
• Minimum Level 2 retention holster
• Firearm
• Concealed vest (optional)
