Populist Cleaning Co. is hiring dependable and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaners to join our team in Okemos. No experience is required. We provide training and the tools you need to succeed.

Whether you're looking for a full-time career or part-time hours, we have opportunities available on a consistent schedule.

Pay

Starting at $15.00 per hour

Available Shifts

Full-Time

• Monday-Friday
• 7:30 AM - 3:00 PM

Part-Time

• Monday-Friday
• 6:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You'll Do

• Clean and disinfect restrooms, offices, break rooms, and common areas
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors
• Restock paper products, soap, and cleaning supplies
• Empty trash and recycling containers
• Operate commercial cleaning equipment
• Follow safety and quality standards

What We're Looking For

• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain active throughout the shift

No cleaning experience required. Paid training provided.
