Location: Adrian, MI

Populist Cleaning Co. is hiring dependable and hardworking team members to join our commercial cleaning staff in Adrian. No experience is required. We provide training and all equipment needed to be successful.

Whether you're looking for a consistent full-time schedule or extra weekend income, we have opportunities available.

Pay & Schedule

Full-Time

Starting at $15.00/hour

Monday-Friday

• 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM

Part-Time

Starting at $18.00/hour

Saturday

• 2nd Shift: 9:00 PM - 12:00 AM

What You'll Do

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, offices, break rooms, and common areas
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors
• Empty trash and recycling containers
• Restock supplies throughout the facility
• Use commercial cleaning equipment and tools
• Follow safety and quality standards

What We're Looking For

• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain active throughout the shift
• Reliable transportation

No experience required. Paid training provided.
