First Coast Security Solutions provides security services nationwide. We are seeking a Administrative Support to support daily operations for the Library of Congress located in Washington, D.C, Maryland and Virginia This role will provide administrative support, coordination and assistance with operational needs. This on-site Monday- Friday position.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and office support.
- Maintain personnel files and site documentation.
- Assist with audits and inspections.
- Support operational coordination and assist with day-to-day tasks.
- Process payroll in WinTeam system.
- Manage calls and emails.
- Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- U.S. citizen
- Must have prior administrative experience
- Must have payroll experience. (Win Team knowledge preferred.).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
- Ability to multitask.
- Office-based duties requiring the ability to sit and stand for extended periods.
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs.
