Job Skills / Requirements

Job Description

·         Oversees security operations to ensure premises and personnel safety, including:

-          Directing patrol activities and property inspections

-          Managing surveillance equipment monitoring

-          Overseeing access control procedures and entry permissions

·         Ensures compliance with established security protocols, including:

-          Training staff on proper incident reporting procedures

-          Monitoring adherence to existing security policies and procedures

-          Enforcing established trespasser response protocols

-          Conducting regular audits of security documentation and procedures

·         Manages emergency response readiness, including:

-          Maintaining established emergency response procedures

-          Conducting drills and training on existing protocols

-          Ensuring proper coordination with local emergency services

·         Supervises security team operations including:

-          Entry/exit point coverage

-          Facility access control procedures

-          Surveillance system monitoring

-          Emergency response protocols

·         Ensures proper staffing levels for 24/7 security coverage

·         Reviews and approves security logs and incident reports

·         Conducts regular performance assessments of security personnel

·         Coordinates with facility management on security concerns and improvements

·         Serves as primary emergency contact for critical incidents when on duty or on call

·         Demonstrates leadership and decision-making skills in high-pressure situations

Education Requirements (All)
