First Coast Security is a professional security company looking for those that take pride in themselves and what they do. We are recruiting for Customer Safety Monitors who will be responsible for coordinating access for personnel and the flow of people through the testing process.

Morning shifts ONLY!

Weekly pay $17.30hr - $24.30hr.

Monday – Friday. (6am - 2pm or 6am - 4pm)

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Roster Management
  • Ensure cleanliness of the testing area
  • Recount, record, and package all test kits
  • Ensure that PPE and Sanitization methods are available
  • Administrative end-of-shift and inventory responsibilities
  • Ensure that all signage and control mechanisms are in place and visible
  • Complete all necessary pre- and post-paperwork and reporting requirements
  • Guide test takers through the check in process and provide guidance when necessary
  • Manage the daily temperature screening process to ensure all personnel have participated
  • Collect completed test kits and ensure the timely and orderly departure from the testing area
  • Supervise the testing queue area to ensure that social distancing requirements are maintained

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Attention to detail
  • Medical or Nursing experience is a plus
  • Customer service management experience
  • Ability to assess and evaluate situations effectively
  • Highly effective oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to identify critical issues quickly and accurately
  • Ability to write routine correspondence, including logs and reports
  • Must display exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to provide high quality customer service.
  • Ability to maintain professional composure when dealing with unusual circumstances
  • Ability to handle both common and crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficiently.
  • Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at various social levels and across diverse cultures
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office with the ability to utilize innovative, wireless technology at client specific sites

As a condition of employment, employee must successfully complete a background investigation and a post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test.
