We are seeking a dependable, motivated, and hands-on Janitorial Team Lead to oversee evening cleaning operations at a school district.

We will be running a background check as well as an onsite drug test

Responsibilities Include:

• Supervise and assist the evening janitorial team.
• Assign daily cleaning duties and ensure all tasks are completed.
• Perform cleaning duties alongside team members as needed.
• Inspect classrooms, restrooms, hallways, offices, and common areas.
• Ensure all cleaning meets school district standards.
• Monitor employee attendance, performance, and productivity.
• Address cleaning concerns and report maintenance issues.
• Train and guide team members.
• Monitor cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Ensure assigned areas are cleaned, inspected, and secured before the end of the shift.
• Help manage daily night operations and communicate with management.

Qualifications:

• Previous janitorial or leadership experience preferred.
• Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Willing to lead by example and perform hands-on cleaning.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Flexible to work additional hours when needed.
• Must pass a background check.
