Job Skills / Requirements

This an RBR Alliance part-time job based in Salem, IN.  
Assist the Shelter Director and Manager with shelter operations, direct Client service;  handling crisis and conflicts as they arise. Also, Answers crisis calls, provide advocacy and support to victims.
