Job Skills / Requirements

Full-time 40 hours per week, times will depend on the needs of the program and its participants. Must be flexible with schedule.  Individual needed to assist with coordinating and monitoring services to clients in the Community Resources Program.  Will be responsible for the following duties:  Providing direct care, covering shifts for regular staff as necessary to prevent or reduce overtime, filling weekly medication administration boxes, reviewing financial transactions for consumers, ensuring documentation from staff are present and completed accurately, taking consumers to medical appointments, reviewing and responsible for enhanced staff scheduling in each home.  Two years' experience working with adults with developmental or physical disabilities is preferred, but we are willing to train.   Accredited H.S. diploma or equivalent required.  Contact Cynthia  at 812-972-5751 for more information.
