Job Skills / Requirements

As a Metropolitan Cleaning employee, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of all aspects of maintenance services in order to guarantee a spotless facility. Maintenance services include client spaces, public areas, and rest room maintenance.

Responsibilities include:

Cleaning, stocking and supplying designated facility areas;
Dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents and restroom cleaning;
Performing and documenting routine inspection and maintenance activities;
Carry out heavy cleaning tasks and special projects.

Requirements:

Must have experience in commercial building custodial maintenance and cleaning;
Must be available to work any shift as assigned;
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities;
Professional appearance and communication;
Ability to work evenings, approximately 5:00 PM until 1:00 AM, with flexibility to work additional hours and weekends as needed;
You must be capable of standing and walking for long periods, in all types of weather;
Ability to lift 50 lbs, to bend, reach, lift and carry;
Ability to take direction and work in a team oriented environment.
