Overview:We are seeking dependable, dLead Restaurant Cleaner to oversee overnight cleaning operations at a high-profile Class A restaurant. The Lead Cleaner will work alongside 2–5 team members, ensuring the facility is cleaned to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and professionalism.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of floor care (buffing, stripping, and waxing), and prior experience supervising cleaning teams in high-end environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Restaurant Cleaning Duties:

• Lead and supervise a team of 2–5 overnight cleaning employees
• Assign daily tasks and ensure work is completed efficiently and correctly
• Perform and oversee advanced floor care services, including buffing, stripping, and waxing
• Conduct quality inspections to maintain Class A / high-profile cleanliness standards
• Train new staff on proper cleaning techniques, equipment use, and safety procedures
• Ensure compliance with Bright Star Maintenance policies and union requirements
• Maintain professionalism while working in a high-profile environment
• Report staffing or supply issues to management promptly

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of commercial cleaning experience (restaurant or high-end facility preferred)
• Proven experience in supervising or leading a cleaning team
• Advanced knowledge of floor care procedures (buffing, stripping, waxing)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work overnight shifts consistently
• Professional appearance and conduct at all times
• Union experience preferred, but not required

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 12:00 AM – 8:00 AMPay Rate: $21.00 – $23.00 per hourEmployment Type: Full-Time | Union Position
