Responsibilities:
1. Maintain cleanliness of common areas, hallways, staircases, and elevators.
2. Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables.
3. Wash windows, walls, and doors.
4. Sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and laundry rooms.
5. Report and repair minor maintenance issues.
6. Assist with snow removal and landscaping.
7. Set up and break down furniture and equipment for events.
8. Deliver packages and mail to residents.
9. Assist with residential move-ins and move-outs.
10. Follow health and safety regulations and protocols.
Requirements:
1. At least one year of experience in a luxury residential building.
2. High school diploma or equivalent.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Polished and professional demeanor.
5. Experience with residential move-ins and move-outs.
6. Ability to work weekends and holidays.
7. Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
8. Ability to handle physical tasks and lift heavy objects.
9. Knowledge of cleaning and maintenance procedures.
10. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

This is a Full-Time position 1st Shift, 2nd Shift, 3rd Shift.
