Alliance Building Services is seeking a Temporary HR Assistant. The role involves managing assigned requisitions, sourcing qualifying candidates, coordinating interviews, and evaluating applicants.
Job Duties:
- Review and screen resumes and job applications
- Conduct initial phone or video interviews
- Schedule in-person and virtual interviews
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies
- Maintain candidate databases (e.g., via our Applicant Tracking System)
- Regularly track and analyze pipeline and performance data to share with internal stakeholders
- Recommend new sourcing methods to attract candidates
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management
- Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Sourcer or similar role
- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to positively present the company and open roles to potential candidates
- Effective time-management abilities
- Experience with social media recruiting
- Understanding of referral programs
- Prior experience with various interview formats
Hourly Rate: $23.50- 25.00
Schedule: M- F 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Education Requirements (All)
High School Diploma or GED
Associates Degree
This is a Temporary / Seasonal position 1st Shift.
