- Schedules: Monday-Sunday / Full Time - Part-Time
- Ensure the security, safety, and well-being of all personnel, visitors and the premises.
- Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response.
- Patrol and monitor assigned areas of the buildings and the grounds to deter crime and address potential violations.
- Secure premises and personnel by controlling entry and screening all visitors per post orders.
- Detect, investigate, and report unauthorized or suspicious persons, vehicles and activities.
- Monitor surveillance and security/fire panel alarm systems, communicating necessary information for prompt investigation, and to facilitate the appropriate emergency response.
- Notify management, emergency response agencies, or other appropriate authorities of security or emergency situations.
- Assist management and staff during crisis or emergency situations.
- Assist with planning, coordinating and working special events and projects.
- Make rapid and appropriate decisions during stressful situations.
- Respond to incoming security calls according to established procedures.
- Respond to critical incidents and investigate to determine cause then takes appropriate action.
- Must remain up-to-date on all local and federal codes and regulations.
- Valid Security Guard License (required). It must be valid for 3 months past hire date.
- Valid F01 Certification (required). (Note: F02 is NOT accepted)
- Minimum of 1 years of experience.
- Must be timely and adaptable, responding quickly and effectively to fire safety issues and emergencies.
- Must be detail-oriented, to identify and resolve safety concerns and violations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong customer services approach when interacting with public.
