Build your career in the commercial building janitorial field!  We are looking for a motivated, flexible, and professional candidate to work as an Alliance Stadium/Commerica Cleanerss  You will be responsible for the successful delivery of all aspects of maintenance services in our client facilities to guarantee a spotless environment. Maintenance services include client spaces, public areas, and restroom maintenance. 

Responsibilities include:

  • Cleaning the stadium area as well as offices and common areas.
  • Must be able to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Must be detail-oriented with some janitorial experience.
  • Position will include, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, using a handheld blower, garbage removal, and cleaning restrooms.
  • Carry out heavy cleaning tasks and special projects.

Requirements:

  • Must have experience in custodial maintenance and cleaning.
  • Must be available to work any shift as assigned, including overnights and weekends.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
  • You must be capable of standing and walking for long periods, in a cold environment.
  • Must be able to go up and down steps consistently. 
  • Ability to lift 25 lbs, to bend, reach, lift, and carry.
  • Ability to take direction and work in a team-oriented environment.
  • Comfortable with working in a very fast-paced environment.
  • A strong ability to use the English language. 
  • CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!

Additional Information / Benefits

  • This is a seasonal position.
  • The pay rate is $14 per hour.

This is a Part-Time position 1st Shift, 2nd Shift, 3rd Shift, Weekends.
