We are Hiring Janitorial workers for Vacation Relief

You will be responsible for the successful delivery of all aspects of maintenance services to guarantee a spotless facility.  Maintenance services include client spaces, public areas, and rest room maintenance. Our vacation season is from April to October.  You will be hired to work for 5 months.  

Responsibilities include:

• Must be available to work any shift as assigned.
• General knowledge of commercial building maintenance is preferred.
• Must be able to take direction from supervisors and ensure all work is completed in the time frames given.
• Provide excellent customer service and attention to detail.
• Ability to project a professional and knowledgeable demeanor
• Responsible for meticulous upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors and leasing office, parking lots and other community buildings.
• Remove trash from office areas and apartment community perimeter on a daily basis.

Requirements:

• Must have experience in the janitorial/custodial/maintenance/housekeeping field.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and communication ability.
• Ability to work evenings, approximately 5 pm until 12:30 am, with flexibility to work additional hours and weekends as needed.
• You must be capable of standing and walking for long periods.
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs., to bend, reach, lift and carry.
• Ability to take direction and work in a team-oriented environment.

Benefits

• Payrate: $17.98 per hour.
• This is a 32BJ union position.  Monthly dues are required.
• This is a Seasonal Position.
