Job Skills / Requirements

Essential Job Duties and Responsibiliies

  • Oversee and be responsible for Armed and Unarmed Security Officers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the Scheduling. Supervision, and oversight of  Assigned Officers as related to their portfolio 
  • Work with the client's Director of Security and Assistant Director of Security.
  • Be profoiient in enployee relations and client relationship management
  • Attend monthly Operations Security meetings with the client and Alliance Account Executive.
  • Conduct investigations when warranted and designated by the client.
  • Screen all incident reports prior to submitting to the client.
  • Liaison with local and Federal Law Enforcement.

  • Prevent losses and damages by reporting abnormalities and suspicious activity
  • Inform violators of policies/procedures correct policies/procedures, and consequences [law enforcement] should they fail to comply
  • Report disturbances, and trespassers to law enforcement
  • Complete reports by documenting observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities; interviewing witnesses when necessary
  • Maintains the organization's stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements

Education Requirements (Any)

High School Diploma or GED
Associates Degree

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required. Some college education in criminal justice or related fields is a plus.
  • Minimum 5-10 years of professional-level work experience required. Prior experience in law enforcement with some private security management experience required.
  • Ability to maintain a reliable means to be contacted (home phone, cell phone, etc.) for assignments or changes to schedule, in addition to a company phone which will be provided.
  • Demonstrate ability to take initiative, successfully handle and prioritize multiple competing assignments and effectively manage deadlines. Professional, articulate, and able to use good independent judgment and discretion.
  • The ability to write effective and concise reports in neat, legible handwriting is required. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software, a considerable plus. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Knowledge of Access control systems/ CCTV

Compensation: $22 Hourly
