We are seeking an experienced Dispatcher to assist in providing exceptional service to our employees and clients. As a Security dispatcher you will be the primary point of contact for all shift communication, and handle all incoming calls from clients and security personnel. Additionally, you will be responsible for directing and coordinating the schedules and assignments of our security personnel. This position Saturday and Sunday 12:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
Previous Customer Service Call Center (In Bound), Reception (Multi Line), Hospitality or Concierge Experience in a High Volume Security environment is Required. We will provide on-the-job training.
Communicating with clients, security personnel and managers;
Heavy telephone contact;
Planning and revising work schedules throughout the day;
Strong ability to prioritize;
Responding to scheduling changes;
Confirming security personnel are on post;
Maintaining shift call log;
Communicating information to security personnel;
Relaying pertinent information to the Manager/Supervisor on Duty;
Handling emergency phone calls in accordance with established procedures.
Computer proficiency: Word, Excel, Outlook;
Professional, courteous telephone voice and manner;
Ability to solve problems and make decisions independently;
Excellent organization and follow up skills;
Minimum 1 year prior experience in an inbound call center environment is a MUST;
Security officer or employee scheduling experience helpful;
Reliability and punctuality are essential.
High School Diploma or GED
