Associate Account Executive (Security Services)

Alliance Security is a leading provider of Security Services for high profile commercial buildings located in the greater New York area. We are seeking a motivated, professional and dedicated Associate Account Executive to join our Security team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting Senior Account Executives in the development of new business and maintaining existing accounts with client(s) along with managing security staff and scheduling security staff.

Job Skills / Requirements

Assist account executives in day to day management of security services and messenger center operations for an assigned portfolio of properties, including client relations, new job start-ups, transition of new accounts, up-sale of products and services and employee relations;
Assist account executives in ensuring all security officer and messenger center positions are staffed in accordance with contract requirements and overtime is effectively managed through proper scheduling and staffing; effectively manage bench staff for replacement assignments as needed;
Provide guidance and support on all issues related to client relations and act as a liaison for payroll and billing resolution, recruiting, hiring and service issues;
Ensure client relations are maintained within company standards, including regular contact with clients, proactive problem resolution and oversight regarding daily client issues;
Identify security and fire life-safety issues and assist in providing solutions, utilizing company resources where applicable;
Receive weekly time sheets and update schedules as necessary. Ensure records are properly maintained and updated to reduce payroll errors;
Enforce post-specific policies and procedures through proper communication and training, utilizing field supervisors to assist in executing post specific training;
Assist account executives in conducing regular face to face business with clients and providing proactive resolution of operational issues. Regular business should include site visits, meeting attendance, timely response and follow-up, phone calls, lunches and other special events;
Effectively use company resources to define, address and resolve all client issues including personnel/staffing concerns or requests, execution of company programs, officer performance issues, and other service related concerns;
Assist account executives in assuring all post requirements are met in accordance with company standards, including post orders, training compliance, licensing compliance, vehicle policy compliance, uniform and appearance standards, and other staff and client relations policies;
Attend and actively participate in management meetings, observe operations and make recommendations for improved efficiencies;
Ensure staff at assigned portfolio accounts meet all client and company standards;
Perform other duties, projects and tasks as assigned by the account executives.
The ideal candidate must possess the following

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required. College degree or coursework desirable;
Prior experience in the security industry, law enforcement, military and or customer service highly desired. At least 2 years of experience in security account management or business to business related sales, military and or law enforcement;
Experience in scheduling, operations and or employee management in a service related industry a significant plus.
