LACOSTA is looking for a Full Time Day Porter to join our team in Beavercreek, OH!  

***We conduct a background check and drug testing*** 

Job Schedule:  Monday-Friday, 40 hrs/week  $250 SIGN IN BONUS

• 1st Shift: 6:00AM-2:30PM 

Pay Rate: Paid weekly (every Friday)  

•  $15.00/hr

Job duties:  Responsible for cleaning restrooms, break rooms, locker rooms, and more.  Routine building cleaning  

• Trash and recycling removal 
• Windows - outside

Floor Care  

• Sweeping 
• Mopping 
• Vacuuming 
• Small/Large Floor Scrubber 

Stocking supply rooms  

Requirements:  

• Pass background check and drug screening 
• Physical requirements: walking, standing, reaching, bending, and lifting 40lbs independently. 
• Wear safety glasses, steel-toed or composite toed shoes, long pants while working 
• Remove all jewelry and accessories
