COME JOIN THE LACOSTA TEAM! 

 We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Janitorial Supervisor to lead our cleaning team while also actively participating in day-to-day cleaning tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership experience and be responsible for overseeing staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness across the site. This role includes maintaining order and sanitation throughout the facilities and requires a proactive, hands-on approach to custodial duties with a focus on quality, efficiency, and a safe, welcoming environment for all. 

***We conduct a background check and drug testing*** 

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40hrs/week  

• 2nd Shift: 4:00PM-12:30AM

Pay Rate: Paid weekly (every Friday) 

• $17.00

Job Duties: Responsible for overseeing and cleaning areas such as the restrooms, warehouse floor, offices, break rooms, stairwells, supply closet, lobby. 

• Oversee cleaning staff and conduct audits to ensure all areas are kept up to cleanliness standards
• Routine building cleaning
• • Restroom cleaning
  • Window cleaning
  • Trash removal, policing ground for litter
  • Sanitizing surfaces
• Floor Care
• • Sweeping/ Mopping
  • Vacuuming
• Stocking supply rooms
• Special cleaning tasks

Requirements: 

• Pass background check and drug screening
• Must comply with all safety rules, policies, and procedures.
• Physical requirements: walking, standing, reaching, bending, and lifting 50lbs independently.
• Must wear LACOSTA provided uniform and PPE, as well as your own steel-toed shoes/boots while working.
• Remove all jewelry and accessories.
