Job Skills / Requirements

Job Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40hrs/week  

• 2nd Shift: 2PM-10:30PM 

Pay Rate:

•  $12/hr, paid weekly 

Job duties: Responsible for cleaning restrooms, offices, break rooms, stairwells, supply closet, lobby, medical center, fitness center. 

• Routine building cleaning 
• • Restroom cleaning 
  • Window cleaning 
  • Trash and recycling removal/ policing ground for litter 
  • Sanitizing surfaces 
• Floor Care 
• • Sweeping 
  • Mopping 
  • Vacuuming/Dusting 
• Stocking supply rooms 

Requirements: 

• Pass background checks and drug screening 
• Physical requirements: walking, standing, reaching, bending, and lifting 40lbs independently. 
• Wear LACOSTA Shirt, safety glasses, steel-toed boots/shoes, safety vest and long pants. 
• Remove all jewelry and accessories
