Job Skills / Requirements

Job Schedule:  Full Time: Monday-Friday, 40hrs/week 

  • Night Shift: 4:30PM-1AM

Pay Rate: Paid weekly (every Friday) 

  • $13.50/hr

Job duties: Responsible for overseeing team of cleaners, participating in cleaning tasks, and documenting all cleaning tasks completed. 

  • Cooperate with staff as a leader 
  • Carry out special projects 
  • Routine building cleaning 
    • Restroom cleaning 
    • Window cleaning 
    • Trash and recycling removal/ policing ground for litter 
    • Sanitizing surfaces 
  • Floor Care 
    • Sweeping 
    • Mopping 
    • Vacuuming/Dusting 
  • Stocking supply rooms 

Requirements: 

  • Pass background checks and drug screening 
  • Physical requirements: a lot of walking, standing, reaching, bending, and lifting 40lbs independently. 
  • Wear LACOSTA Shirt, close-toed shoes, long pants, and any other required PPE. 
  • Remove all jewelry and accessories
