Job Skills / Requirements

Job Schedule:  Monday-Friday

• Shift - 6:00AM to 2:30PM

Pay Rate: Paid weekly.

•  $14/hr

Job duties:  

Responsible for: Offices, stairwells, manufacturing floor, lobby, supply closets, elevators, and conference rooms. 

• Routine building cleaning 
• Window cleaning 
• Trash and recycling removal/ policing ground for litter 
• Sanitizing surfaces 
• Floor Care 
• Sweeping 
• Mopping 
• Vacuuming/Dusting 
• Stocking supply rooms 

Requirements: 

• Pass background checks and drug screening 
• You must have your own vehicle and a valid Driver's License
• Physical requirements: walking, standing, reaching, bending, and lifting 40lbs independently. 
• Wear LACOSTA Shirt, safety glasses, steel-toed boots/shoes, safety vest and long pants. 
• Remove all jewelry and accessories
