Job Skills / Requirements

As the Industrial Cleaning & Sanitation team lead you are building a subculture and environment that creates a safe, rewarding, and successful space for our team members and customers.

Safety is most important, and should be everyone’s priority, over production, quality and financials. While all of these are important, it is expected that safety will not be compromised to achieve anything else.

Job Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40hrs/week (Full Time) + Overtime

THIS IS AN ON CALL POSITION. MUST HAVE A FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE.

• 2nd Shift: 3:00PM-11:30PM

Pay Rate: Paid weekly (every Friday) 

•  $22-24/hr 

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

Technical Skills Include:

· Safety practices and OSHA/Pressure washing knowledge

· Master of Industrial Cleaning practices and equipment

o Pressure washing – with professional training. (Required)

o Hydro blasting – with professional training. (Optional)

o Vac truck operations – with professional training. (Optional)

· Sanitation knowledge and management

· Adept at designing Master Sanitation Plans and Cleaning JES and SOPs.

· Customer Relations management

· People’s development plans.

· Financial knowledge and budget management.

· OSHA 30, HAZWOPER 40, MEWP, and Confined Space and Rescue Training

o (PREFERRED & will be required after hire)

· Forklift Operation Train the Trainer

o (PREFERRED & will be required after hire)

Behavioral Skills include:

· Team leadership and management

· Servant leadership and people skills.

· Strong communication and organization skills.

· Compliance minded, pursues order and structure for others to live in.

· Strong delegation skills.

Administrative Skills Include:

· Strong computer skills including Microsoft products, and ERP systems.

· Financial knowledge, specifically simple cost accounting and budget development and management.
