Overview

LACOSTA Facility Support Services is looking for a 1st Shift Janitor to join our team at our Loudon, TN facility. Responsibilities will include routine building and factory cleaning, including restrooms, offices, break rooms, stairwells, and all other site-specific areas.

Schedule

• 8am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday

Pay

• $12.50 an hour paid weekly (every Friday)

Responsibilities

• Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc.)
• Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
• Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
• Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
• Stock and maintain supply rooms
• Cooperate with the rest of the staff
• Follow all health and safety regulations

Skills

• Proven working experience as a janitor
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
• Integrity and ability to work independently
• High school degree
