Janitor Schedule:

6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday-Friday

Janitor Starting Pay:

$14.00 per hour, paid weekly.

Janitor Job Responsibilities:

  • Routine factory and office cleaning, including restrooms, break rooms, locker rooms, conference rooms, cubicles, and all other site-specific areas.
  • Cleaning will include trash/recycle removal, sweeping, mopping, stocking restrooms, vacuuming, window cleaning, dusting, dust-mopping, and additional tasks outlined in the scope of work.
  • Cleaner will be required to comply with all safety rules, policies, and procedures. Stops risky behavior of others and self.

Qualifications:

  • Previous Cleaning experience in a warehouse/production setting preferred, but not required.
  • Adept to handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with prioritizing and meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent time management.
  • Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment.
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and their safe use.

Essential Functions:

  • Ability to wear required PPE (gloves and steel toe, slip resistant shoes).
  • Must be comfortable walking, standing, reaching, stooping, and bending.
  • Must be comfortable lifting 40 lbs. independently.
  • Must be able to work with minimal supervision and adhere to all safety guidelines.

We do conduct a Background Check and Pre-Employment Drug Screening.
