LACOSTA is looking to add a Janitorial Supervisor to our team in Lawrenceville, GA. Our mission is to make our customers environments clean, healthy, safe and efficient.
Qualifications:
- Driver's License and reliable transportation
- This position requires you to travel between sites
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Previous experience as a Supervisor preferred.
- Pervious experience as a Janitor or Floor Tech preferred
Job Duties:
- Supervise a team of Janitors
- Must be comfortable with A LOT of walking, as well as standing, reaching, stooping, bending, and lifting 40lbs individually.
- Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc.)
- Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
- Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
- Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
- Stock and maintain supply rooms
- Cooperate with the rest of the staff
- Follow all health and safety regulations
Schedule:
- Must be ok with flexible hours, this is a supervisory position that may require your attention during off hours.
Pay:
- $19 an hour paid weekly (every Friday)
