LACOSTA’s mission is to make our customer’s environments clean, healthy, safe and efficient. We are looking to add a facilities maintenance position at our site in New Orleans!
Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience with maintenance or facilities work is a great fit for this position.
Job Duties:
- Conduct facility maintenance as needed, priorities change each day.
- Maintenance around the factory includes changing light bulbs, air filters, soap dispensers, etc.
- Change out 5 gallon buckets of water, groundskeeping, floor scrubbing
- Complete tasks as outlined within instructions
- Effectively communicate anything important to higher management
Essential Functions:
- Comfortable bending, stooping, walking, squating and on ladders.
- Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents.
- Able to work a whole shift while standing.
Schedule: 7am-3:30pm
Pay: $15.50/hour
We conduct background checks and pre-employment drug testing
