The ODO Division is currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily operations and administrative functions. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, comfortable working with data and systems, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Key Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets for operational tracking
  • Assist with onboarding new Off Duty Officers (ODO) and coordinate with HR support
  • Track employee clock-ins and timekeeping records
  • Provide basic technical support for internal systems when needed
  • Input and maintain schedules accurately in scheduling systems
  • Compile and distribute metrics and performance reports
  • Support daily administrative tasks for the ODO division

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to track details accurately and meet deadlines
  • Comfortable working with scheduling and timekeeping systems
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

Preferred (Not Required)

  • Previous administrative or HR support experience
  • Experience with scheduling or workforce management systems
