Job Skills / Requirements
This role as Fleet Administrator will support our Fleet Operations company-wide. We expect this position to report to the corporate office in Hammond, La during normal business hours. This position works closely with our Fleet Manager, Operations Administrators, Regional and Branch managers throughout the company. This role is an integral part of the operation of our company and requires dedication and attention to detail.

$16.00
The ideal candidate will be experienced, eager, friendly, and professional. We are looking for a real go-getter.
This position will need to have a somewhat flexible schedule, but the willingness and ability to work nights, weekends, or prolonged hours during our company's emergency & Urgent response efforts. Commitment to these areas and understanding the 24/hour nature of our work is a requirement for this position. Expected Duties:
- Fleet Management
- Maintain Fuel Account
- MVRs
- Maintain Fleet Files
- Fleet telematics
- Assigning and Tracking vehicles
- Assist with Insurance and plate renewals
Aside from just helping with Fleet Responsibilities, we would like this person to be a member of and assist with our Operation Administration team. See duties for Ops Admin below:
Expected Duties:
- Assist with maintaining office supplies.
- Assist the field with day to day operations.
- Setup new jobs and maintain active job files.
Required Skills: Problem-Solving skills Excellent organizational skills Experience in a professional office environment Willingness and ability to learn new systems and software Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proper phone etiquette Understand and implement current and new processes and policies Good team player and work well with a diverse workforce Ability to work a regular but flexible schedule Technologically capable and experienced Decision-making skills are required. Self-motivated with the ability to take on a given task and develop it
Physical/Mental Requirements: Ability to operate general office equipment.
Ability to effectively communicate using verbal and written skills.
Ability to make sound decisions.
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working with office equipment.
Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds at times.
