Job Skills / Requirements

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Operations Administrator to support the Human Resources team and contribute to daily operational needs. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proficient with administrative tasks, and eager to help support HR functions, payroll, onboarding, fleet management, and general operations. 

Key Responsibilities 

Human Resources Support 

  • Maintain and organize employee files and records, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company policy and applicable California labor laws. 
  • Assist with onboarding activities, including new hire documentation, orientation scheduling, and completion of required forms. 
  • Help coordinate recruitment activities such as posting job openings, reviewing applications, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates. 
  • Support training and orientation logistics to ensure effective employee onboarding experiences.

Payroll & Compensation 

  • Support payroll processes by gathering timekeeping data, preparing payroll documents, and coordinating with payroll administrators to ensure accurate and timely pay.
  • Be prepared to assist with the final paycheck process for terminating employees, ensuring compliance with California final pay requirements.

Operations Support 

  • Assist in managing fleet vehicles, including tracking assignments, maintenance schedules, and ensuring required documentation (insurance, registration, mileage logs) is current.
  • Provide general administrative and operational support, such as coordinating office needs, assisting with supplies, and helping with ad-hoc projects.
  • Support Branch Mangers with operational support including but not limited to California, Arizona, Oregon, Colorado,  Washington, Nevada, Hawaii, Montana, Wyoming, Idaho, New Mexico, and Utah.
