Job Skills / Requirements
Inner Parish Security Corporation is seeking a friendly and dependable candidate for a Recruiting position.
Daily tasks will include assisting the Recruiting Team in the daily administration of recruiting as directed or assigned, including contacting candidates and scheduling interviews, employee service, administration, solve well-defined staffing problems using standard tools and your foundational understanding of staffing processes, communicate with hiring managers to understand their current and upcoming hiring needs, coordinate with managers throughout the hiring process to ensure that needs are met, escalate issues to the appropriate resource and general administration responsibilities.
Microsoft office, phone and computer skills are a must.
The schedule for this position is full-time: M-F from 8:30a-5:00pm at the Corporate Office. Working nights, weekends, and holidays may be required on a rotational basis as business needs arise.
