Job Skills / Requirements

This role will act as an administrative support in the field for an entire region. This position will be based out of the main office for the assigned region: Jacksonville, FL. This role will work with many individuals, including the Regional Mangers, Operations Managers, and Corporate Operations Administrator. 

 

This position works closely with our Board of Directors, Corporate staff, Sales Team, as well as Regional and Branch Managers throughout the company. This role is an integral part of the operation of our company and requires dedication and attention to detail.  

 

This position will have a somewhat flexible schedule, but may have to work nights and weekends, or prolonged hours during our company's emergency & Urgent response efforts. Commitment to these areas and understanding the 24/hour nature of our work is a requirement for this position. 

 

This position is paid a weekly salary, requires a high level of administrative and decision-making skills.

 

The ideal candidate will be experienced, eager, friendly and professional. We are looking for a real go-getter.   

 

-Fleet management

 

-New job startup

 

-Managing the regional uniforms/equipment needs

 

-Scheduling setup and oversight

 

-Onboarding new employees

 

-Additional operations support and oversight

 

 

Required Skills:

Experience in a professional office environment

Willingness/ability to learn new systems

Good written and verbal communication skills. Good phone etiquette.

Understand and implement current and new processes and policies

Good team player, and work well with a diverse workforce

Ability to work nights/weekends and long hours when needed

Technologically capable and experienced

Supervision and Decision-making skills required

Self-motivated and can take a task and run with it.

 

Physical/Mental Requirements:

  • Ability to operate general office equipment.
  • Ability to effectively communicate using verbal and written skills.
  • Ability to make sound decisions.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working with office equipment.
  • Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds.
