Job Skills / Requirements
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Urgent Response Supervisor to oversee critical response operations and ensure our clients receive exceptional security services across the Wisconsin Region.
Role: As an Urgent Response Supervisor, you will play a vital role in providing on-site security support as a guard, supervising other team members at job sites, managing vehicle patrols, and addressing immediate client and operational needs. The ideal candidate has experience in security operations, patrol supervision, and training security officers.
Key Responsibilities:
-Hiring Guards
-Training Guards
-Scheduling Urgent job sites
-Guard Management/Supervision
-Client Relationship management
-Covering Urgent Posts
-Respond promptly to urgent security needs, ensuring in-person coverage by trained officers.
-Prepare detailed reports of incidents, patrol activities, and response actions.
-Maintain readiness to adapt to dynamic situations and emergencies.
Qualifications:
• Must be a current resident of Wisconsin.• Previous experience as a security supervisor, trainer, or training instructor is a plus.
the resident agent must be a resident of Wisconsin and a licensed security guard, can be a current law enforcement officer
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid Wisconsin driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must pass a background check and meet licensing requirements as required by Wisconsin

- Must have effective written and verbal communication skills and must be able to communicate clearly and quickly in cases of emergency.
- A Security Officer must be able to read and interpret written information under a variety of circumstances.
- A Security Officer must be able to drive a motor vehicle in the course of his/her duties if required.
- A Security Officer must be able to detect and identify sounds relevant to fires, floods, alarm signals, and persons in distress against distracting sound background conditions (e.g., machinery, traffic noise, etc.)
- A Security Officer must be able to: Walk, Run, Stand, Climb, Sit.
- A Security Officer must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. waist high, if required.
- A Security Officer must be in good mental health and be able to make decisions instantly on the event of an emergency.
- A Security Officer must meet the physical and mental requirements of the state(s) to be licensed by the state to perform Security Guard / Security Officer work. Must be able to obtain the status of license required for the position, either Armed or Unarmed.
