Inner Parish Security Corporation is seeking a friendly and dependable candidate for a Recruiting position.  

Daily tasks will include assisting the Recruiting Team in the daily administration of recruiting as directed or assigned, including contacting candidates and scheduling interviews, hiring, onboarding, employee service, administration, solve well-defined staffing problems using standard tools and your foundational understanding of staffing processes, communicate with hiring managers to understand their current and upcoming hiring needs, coordinate with managers throughout the hiring process to ensure that needs are met, escalate issues to the appropriate resource and general administration responsibilities.

Microsoft office, phone and computer skills are a must.

This position will have a somewhat flexible schedule, but the willingness and ability to work nights, weekends, or prolonged hours during our company's emergency & Urgent response efforts. Commitment to these areas and understanding the 24/hour nature of our work is a requirement for this position.
