This department handles the management of our fleet, uniforms & equipment, job setup and other system setups, mobility, and much more. This department supports the field operations team by assisting in scheduling, onboarding, equipping, and reporting. This role dually reports directly to the Vice President of Administration and Vice President of Operations.
- create and implement training programs for the department
- have the capacity to quickly learn and understand the day-to-day operations of our company
-implement new initiatives and technologies
- work across departmental lines to complete projects, share in a dual management role over the regional administrators
- ensure the entire department is exceeding expectations!
This position is a Director level position and will have to daily manage the department and be responsible for the work of their team. This position will serve on various special committees, such as the Disaster Response Committee, Risk Management Committee, Finance Committee, and others.

- Ability to operate general office equipment.
- Ability to make sound decisions.
