Competencias Laborales / Requisitos

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Working Janitorial Supervisor to lead a custodial team while actively participating in daily cleaning duties. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role that requires strong leadership, effective problem-solving, and the ability to perform well under pressure.

Responsibilities

* Must Be Reliable and Able to Work Rotating Weekends

* Ensure compliance with the scope of work.

* Follow up on quality inspections 

* Ensure compliance with client work order program. 

* Ensure compliance to all AHI standards and procedures. 

* Review Supplies and Equipment

* Employee coaching- Monitor Attendance and Performance

* Other Janitorial Duties as Needed

Requirements

• MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK
• 18 years or older
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Reliable transportation to and from work 
• Able to comfortably lift 50 lbs 
• Able to stand/walk for duration of shift
• Bilingual Preferred 

Previous Team Lead or Supervisor experience preferred 

2-3 years cleaning services experience preferred

Applicants must have valid driver's license.
