Monday - Friday | 6:00PM - 8:00PM

Saber Building Services is excited to welcome a dependable Custodian to our team for a unique cleaning opportunity at two professional office locations in Livonia near the Laurel Park Drive and Newburgh Road corridor. The two facilities are located approximately one mile apart, making this a convenient multi-site assignment for someone who enjoys working independently.

This is a solo cleaning position, so we are looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, manages their time well, and takes pride in leaving each facility clean and ready for the next business day.

Responsibilities

• Perform general custodial cleaning at both assigned locations
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and common areas
• Empty trash, dust surfaces, and maintain overall facility appearance
• Vacuum carpets and sweep or mop hard-surface floors
• Complete assigned cleaning independently and consistently at each location

Requirements

• Dependable and consistent attendance
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between two nearby work locations
• Ability to work independently without direct on-site supervision
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage assigned cleaning responsibilities
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform routine physical custodial work

Pay: $16.00 per hour
