Cleaning Supervisor | New Boston

Monday - Friday | 10:00 am to 6:30 pm

$17 - $18 per hour

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Cleaning Supervisor to lead a small cleaning team at a busy automotive manufacturing facility in New Boston.

This is a hands-on leadership role. The supervisor will work alongside the team each shift while helping train employees, monitor quality, maintain cleaning standards, and support daily operations throughout the facility.

The ideal candidate is someone who leads by example, communicates well with others, and takes pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a small team of cleaning staff
• Perform daily janitorial and custodial duties alongside the team
• Train new employees on cleaning procedures and expectations
• Monitor work quality and help maintain consistent standards
• Assist with shift coverage and task coordination as needed
• Support safety procedures and proper use of cleaning equipment
• Maintain professionalism in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Requirements

• Previous cleaning, janitorial, or custodial experience required
• Prior leadership or supervisor experience required
• Ability to work in an active industrial/manufacturing environment
• Reliable attendance and strong communication skills
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Availability to work rotating weekends as needed
• Steel toe or hardened toe safety shoes are required for this position - (employee must provide their own safety shoes)
