As a Healthcare Security Officer, you respond to alarms, emergency requests, and use your excellent verbal de-escalation skills to resolve safety incidents. You always maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling private information, and you never forget to smile while providing your incredible customer service.
PalAmerican Security has new opportunities for Security Officers who have open availability. We have 12 hour shifts with consistent 3 or 4 days offs rotating every other week!)
Pay rate : $20~21/HR

WHAT YOU WILL DO
You swiftly fill out detailed reports whenever an issue arises. This helps you discover solutions on how to keep staff, patients, and guests feeling comfortable in the secure environment you provide through an empathy-led security model. Along with your confidence and ability to use your Protective Equipment, you regularly patrol the facility so that no potential security matter leaves your sight.
YOU’RE A GREAT FIT IF YOU:
- Provide exceptional customer service, with an exceptional smile.
- Are comfortable working in a Healthcare environment
- Have strong communication skills
- Are comfortable with on-foot duties
- Have prior health security experience which is considered an asset!
