This is a driving position where a valid driver's license and a clean driving record will be required. 

Pay rate: $20.00/hour

Average hours per week: 40

Shifts are generally 12 hours long

Shift availablity:

• Full time, Friday through Monday, 3rd shift (overnight)
• Full tme, Sunday through Thursday, 3rd shift (overnight)
• Full time, must be willing to travel to Bellevue Thursday through Sunday, 3rd shift (overnight) 

You will be a great fit if you

• Are at least 21 years of age
• Have a minimum of 1 year Security experience 
• Have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Are able to provide proof of High School diploma, GED or higher education.
• Possess a valid Washington State Security License or be willing to obtain one. If you do not have a Washington State Security License, you will be responsible for paying the fees to obtain one. The 2024 SGL costs are $31.05 for fingerprints and $101.00 for the License application. There is also an unpaid mandatory State SGL class that you will be required to complete.
• Have effective verbal and written communication skills

What you will do

• Ensure the continual safety and security of site staff and visitors
• Maintain a physical presence, serving as a visible deterrent to illegal activity to include but not limited to interacting with transients, deter from setting up shelters, panhandling, and sleeping.
• Provide an empathetic approach to managing any escalated persons and situations
• Write detailed and accurate reports outlining any incidents that occur at your location
• Positively contribute to the overall experience and atmosphere by providing superior customer care to anyone you interact with
• Drive a company vehicle, making multiple stops during each shift, checking client properties. 
• Walking stairwells
• Wearing a duty belt and carrying handcuffs and oc spray (pepper spray)
• Sitting, standing, bending, and reaching. Getting in to and out of a vehicle repeatedly during the shift. Extensive walking. 
• Work outside / drive in all weather conditions
