Do you love solving problems or brightening someone’s day? PalAmerican Security is looking for Security Officers who have excellent communication and customer service skills to provide security services at facilities in the Brockton, MA!

PalAmerican Security has new opportunities for Security Officers who have availability for:

Part-Time: Sunday and Monday 10p-6a and Friday and Saturday 4p-10p (Must be able to work all shifts)

Our Security Officer position pay rates start at $18.00/hr

$500 Hiring bonus! ($250 after 90 days and a favorable review and $250 90 day after that)

 

 

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Act as a cultural ambassador to all PalAmerican Security officer employees and clients
  • Address employee, client, and visitor concerns and assist in the resolution process
  • First point of conduct for client in the absense of PalAmerican Security Management
  • Conduct physical tours of property as instructed by Operations Manager and Client.
  • Write shirt reports and incident reports as needed
  • Monitor activies of staff, residents, and visitors of client property

 

YOU’RE A GREAT FIT IF YOU:

  •  Provide exceptional customer service, with an exceptional smile.
  •  Have strong communication skills.
  •  Have keen attention to detail.
  •  Are comfortable with on-foot duties.
  •  Have at least 1 year of prior Security experience
