Position Name: SITE SUPERVISOR
Pay Rate: $21.50-$23.50/ Hour
Position Summary:
Security Engineers is actively seeking a SITE SUPERVISOR interested in a career in the private security industry. We are looking for an individual with integrity and a strong work ethic that wants to be part of and work in a team environment. Previous military, law enforcement and/or 3+ years security with supervisory experience for priority hiring.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Report to Major Project Manager and Assistant Manager and provide updates and reports as required.
· Required to be on-site during scheduled hours.
· Ability and willingness to cover open positions during short staffing or for emergency call-offs.
· Administers guard management software to all locations.
· Manage scheduling of employees for multiple sites.
· Attend regular/routine meetings with the client, supervisors, and subordinates.
· Maintains security post instructions and other required records.
· Deliver training where applicable.
· Ensure all security and safety equipment is in good working condition.
· Ability and willingness to travel to multiple locations for inspections, walk-throughs, and meetings, etc.
· Conduct Interviews and hire employees.
· Ensure policies and procedures are adhered to by all assigned employees and give corrective action (On the Spot, PMRs, PIPs) where appropriate.
· Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Experience Qualifications:
· Previous security experience (3+ years) preferred.
· Previous Team Leader/Supervisor skills preferred.
· Be able to verify/explain all gaps in employment and not have been terminated from previous employment for other than honorable circumstances.
· Have a telephone or other reliable means of communication.
· Have a high school education or suitable equivalent.
· Experience with Winteam Software preferred.
· Strong written and oral communication skills
· Strong computer skills
· Customer service skills
Education Qualifications:
· High School Diploma or equivalent
Uncommon Physical Requirements:
· Perform routine lengthy foot patrols across varying terrain.
· Ability to stand for long periods of time without assistance.
· Ability to step up and down from trucks to perform inspections.
· Ability to work in both indoors and outdoors environments.
