Position Name: Branch Manager


Position Summary:

Responsible for the day-to-day operations and timely, efficient, and accurate delivery of security services to the assigned accounts within Montgomery and surrounding area.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring timely, efficient, and accurate delivery of security services to assigned accounts within the Montgomery Area of Operations.
  • Responsible for 25+ clients, totaling more than 2,500+ HPW. 
  • Assist in driving growth and revenue within assigned area of responsibility and achieving designated Key Performance Indicators.
  • Responsible for being the key point of contact with the client. Works directly with the client to complete required requests and address and resolve client issues.
  • Assigns and schedules qualified officers for shifts. Assist Dispatch with locating qualified officers in the event of callouts, additional manpower requirements, or staffing shortages.
  • Responsible for all recruiting efforts within their assigned area of responsibility. This includes ensuring jobs vacancies are filled, reviewing candidate applications, conducting phone and in-person interviews, and selecting candidates for hire. Responsible for ensuring officers are trained and qualified to work.
  • Reviews payroll and invoices for accuracy and takes the appropriate action to correct deficiencies or errors. Reviews all incidents, accidents, inquiries, or other serious incident reports and makes recommendations.
  • Responsible for accountability, maintenance, and upkeep of assigned equipment within area of responsibility. This includes vehicles, phones, laptops, tablets, and similar equipment. Ensures officers conform to uniform standards and posts are maintained and kept within client and Security Engineer expectations.


Experience Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of security, military, or law enforcement experience.
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Experience as a Security Branch or Account Manager or similar experience preferred.
  • Experience with client relations and sales.
  • Experience with leading, hiring, developing, motivating and retaining staff.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented management environment and work independently.
  • Ability to manage a schedule.
  • Ability to organize, plan, and coordinate.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple tasks at one time.
  • Personnel with military or law enforcement backgrounds are highly preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office required.
  • Experience with WinTeam preferred.
  • Experience with OfficerApps or similar guard management software preferred.  


Education Qualifications:

  • High School Graduate.
  • Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
  • Ability to become ASRB certified.

Alabama Security Regulatory Board License
Able to obtain any & all security certifications/licenses
State Issued Driver's License (Not Expired)
Prior Military
Pistol Permit
Prior Certified Law Enforcement Officer
