Position Name: Operations Supervisor
Hours: Monday-Friday (7am-3pm)

Job Description:
- Assists the Branch Manager with the day-to-day branch operations and assumes the role when Branch Manager is absent.
- Assists with branch recruitment and hiring efforts, including conducting interviews and completing hiring paperwork.
- Leads the onboarding process for new hires, including completing required paperwork, assigning new hire training, assisting with obtaining required credentials for required apps, and completing the ASRB process.
- Assigns required training to officers and ensures officers are trained for their assignment.
- Responsible for ensuring all assigned personnel are following all compliance requirements.
- Supervises and manages the Field Team Officers.
- Reviews and manages the reports submitted through the guard management system.
- Assists with assigning and scheduling qualified officers for shifts.
- Assists with reviewing payroll and invoices for accuracy and takes appropriate action to correct deficiencies or errors. Assists with investigations of all incidents, accidents, inquiries, or other serious incident reports.
- Responsible for the inventory, accountability, maintenance, and upkeep of assigned equipment within area of responsibility.
Job Qualifications:
- Security experience required.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Experience with team building and managing a team of officers.
- Experience with hiring, developing, training, and motivating personnel.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented management environment and work independently.
- Ability to manage a schedule.
- Ability to organize, plan, and coordinate.
- The ability to independently manage multiple tasks at one time.
- Experience as a Security Supervisor or Account Manager or similar experience preferred.
- Personnel with military or law enforcement backgrounds are highly preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Office required.
- Experience with WinTeam preferred.
- Experience with OfficerApps or similar guard management software preferred.
Education Requirements (Any)
High School Diploma or equivalent
Certification Requirements (Any)
Alabama Security Regulatory Board License
Able to obtain any & all security certifications/licenses

This is a Full-Time position 1st Shift, School Hours, Summers, Mon-Fri 0700-1500.
Travel is required occasionally
