Job Skills / Requirements



3+ years of prior military, law enforcement and/ or security experience; and at least 1 year in a supervisory/management role.  
     
  • Candidates must be able to work in a high-paced environment, interact with security officers and manage their work schedules.
  • This position will require an Armed Louisiana Security License.
  • Must be willing/able to work any required shift.

  • Create accurate reports.
  • Candidates must be able to work in a high-paced environment, interact with security officers and manage their work schedules.
  • Field Supervision Team (Field Training & Performance) Dispatch & Scheduling Center (Scheduling & Logistics)
  • Supports building a strong and effective security team through field supervision and dispatching of qualified officers assigned to the area of responsibility. 
  • As needed or directed, the Operations Manager will: confirm post coverage, conduct uniform/knowledge inspections, liaise with client, log visits, address safety concerns, schedule training, and make recommendations for improvement to the client and/or chain of command and much more. 
  • Must maintain a valid Louisiana driver's license and maintain the company-issued vehicle when utilized. 
  • Must be able to hold responsibility with little supervision or oversight. 

Education Requirements (Any)

High School Diploma or equivalent
College Education

Certification Requirements (Any)

Louisiana Armed Security Guard Card
Able to obtain any & all security certifications/licenses
