Job Skills / Requirements

1st Shift
Monday-Friday
8am-4pm

  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Must be a US citizen or present valid right to work paperwork. 
  • This position requires driving (must have good MVR)
  • Must be certified in CPR/AED/1st Aid 
  • Armed Security, Military or Law Enforcement experience (3+ years) preferred. 
  • This position requires a current State of Tennessee, Security Officer License
  • Ability to work Weekends (Saturday and Sunday), if needed. 
  • A curious nature that helps you to remain aware of the activities around you.
  • Conduct vehicle patrols to identify and report security risks for people and property.
  • Possess strong physical fitness and the ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
  • Monitor facility access points, employing verification procedures to authenticate the identification and credentials of individuals entering or exiting premises, in support of a secure environment.
  • Respond swiftly to alarms, emergencies, and other incidents, taking appropriate actions as identified in established procedures.
  • Perform comprehensive inspections of security equipment, including CCTV cameras, alarm systems, and locks, promptly reporting any malfunctions or vulnerabilities to expedite resolution and maintain optimal security measures.
  • Maintain meticulous and accurate logs detailing activities, incidents, and noteworthy observations to facilitate thorough reporting and analysis.
  • Must have basic computer experience and the ability to use a tablet to conduct security reports.
  • Always look professional in a clean and pressed uniform. 

Education Requirements (Any)

High School Diploma or equivalent

Certification Requirements (Any)

Able to obtain any & all security certifications/licenses
CPR/First Aid/AED
Tennessee Armed Security License

This is a Full-Time position 1st Shift, School Hours, Weekends, Mon-Fri 8am-4pm, some weekends.
