- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Must be a US citizen or present valid right to work paperwork.
- This position requires driving (must have good MVR)
- Must be certified in CPR/AED/1st Aid
- Armed Security, Military or Law Enforcement experience (3+ years) preferred.
- This position requires a current State of Tennessee, Security Officer License
- Ability to work Weekends (Saturday and Sunday), if needed.
- A curious nature that helps you to remain aware of the activities around you.
- Conduct vehicle patrols to identify and report security risks for people and property.
- Possess strong physical fitness and the ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
- Monitor facility access points, employing verification procedures to authenticate the identification and credentials of individuals entering or exiting premises, in support of a secure environment.
- Respond swiftly to alarms, emergencies, and other incidents, taking appropriate actions as identified in established procedures.
- Perform comprehensive inspections of security equipment, including CCTV cameras, alarm systems, and locks, promptly reporting any malfunctions or vulnerabilities to expedite resolution and maintain optimal security measures.
- Maintain meticulous and accurate logs detailing activities, incidents, and noteworthy observations to facilitate thorough reporting and analysis.
- Must have basic computer experience and the ability to use a tablet to conduct security reports.
- Always look professional in a clean and pressed uniform.
Education Requirements (Any)
High School Diploma or equivalent
Certification Requirements (Any)
Able to obtain any & all security certifications/licenses
CPR/First Aid/AED
Tennessee Armed Security License
