Job Skills / Requirements

Job Description:
  • Must be able to Supervise 3 or more employees. 
  • Act as Second in Command if Manager is not available. (PTO, LOA)
  • Work closely with the Manager in all Honda related duties and/or assignments.
  • Work closely with the Manager in all SEI related duties and/or assignments.
  • Handle call outs from SEI employees. You will carry a Honda issued phone.
  • Input schedules into Win Team. 
  • Schedule all employees weekly and maintain the working schedules every day. This includes scheduling call outs for office staff and truck gate.
  • Must be able to work with Microsoft Excel and Word on the computer.
  • Maintain precise and detailed records, logs, and files.
  • Maintain a good working relationship and an open line of communication with Honda management. 
  • Be pro-active in solving problems quickly and effectively.
  • Work in Pro-Watch, Lenel.
Job Qualifications: 
  • High school diploma, GED, and/or above education
  • Supervisor experience preferred, but not required. 
  • Good communications skills.
  • Must be able to work approved overtime, as needed.

Certification Requirements (Any)

Prior Military
Prior Certified Law Enforcement Officer
Pistol Permit
Georgia Security Regulatory Board License
Able to obtain any & all security certifications/licenses
